Inside The Divine Collective: Gabrielle Rivera on Beauty, Wellness, and Whole-Woman Care

Interview by Heather Anderson

Women are exhausted. From motherhood to burnout, hormone shifts to body changes — many wake up one day and no longer recognize themselves.

Gaby Rivera, Nurse Practitioner and founder of Eternal Beauty Med Spa & Women’s Wellness, knows that feeling firsthand — and built her Concord, CA-based sanctuary, The Divine Collective, to help women reclaim their glow from the inside out.

Co-founded with Dominique Brown, certified Body Sculpting Master and founder of Goddess Body Bar, The Divine Collective brings together expert providers in aesthetics, hormone therapy, sexual wellness, body sculpting, massage therapy, skincare, waxing, and more — all under one roof.

Rooted in the belief that all bodies are beautiful, and that self-care is a form of empowerment, it’s a space where women feel supported, celebrated, and at home in their skin.

In this conversation, Rivera shares how her clinical background shaped her approach to regenerative aesthetics and women’s wellness — and how she’s redefining what it means to truly care for the whole woman.

Your nursing background is such a big part of who you are. What inspired you to transition from traditional nursing to aesthetics and wellness?

I’ve always been drawn to aesthetics — not because of the “beauty” of it, but because of the confidence it gives people. As a nurse, I loved watching patients rediscover themselves after healing. That inner transformation stuck with me.

I also had personal experience as a client in aesthetics and admired how skilled practitioners could bring back not just someone's glow, but their sense of self. That led me to train across California — Burbank, LA, San Francisco — while still working as a nurse. Eventually, I opened my own practice, combining clinical knowledge with a deeply personalized approach to care.

You recently graduated from the prestigious Samuel Merritt University with your Nurse Practitioner degree. How has your clinical experience shaped the way you approach beauty and wellness for your clients?

Becoming a Nurse Practitioner allows me to care for women on a deeper level — not just by looking at labs and vitals, but by addressing the root causes of how they feel. I’m able to combine medical knowledge with a functional, holistic lens to treat the whole person — physically, emotionally, and hormonally. Whether it’s through hormone support, regenerative treatments, or simply listening to what’s been overlooked, I aim to provide care that’s personal, restorative, and empowering.

It means I can safely and confidently personalize treatment plans — whether we’re working on skin health, energy levels, or hormone balance. It’s beauty from the inside out, and that’s what my clients need most.

Let’s talk about aesthetics. What are some of your most popular treatments, especially for women seeking natural results?

Right now, our most in-demand service is hyperdilute Radiesse — a biostimulatory injectable that stimulates collagen and elastin production for firmer, smoother, more radiant skin over time.

It’s not a filler in the traditional sense — it doesn’t just create volume but rather restores skin quality and elasticity. Over time, it helps create the look of a non-surgical facelift, especially when used in the cheeks, jawline, neck, and décolletage. The result is a natural, lifted, more youthful appearance — without the risk of looking “overdone.”

We also offer microneedling, chemical peels, medical-grade skincare, and neurotoxins like Tox — all tailored to your unique goals.

I’ve always been drawn to aesthetics — not because of the “beauty” of it, but because of the confidence it gives people.

What kind of wellness concerns are you seeing most often, and how do you help address them?

Many women come in saying, “I just don’t feel like myself.” And they’re right — hormonal shifts can impact mood, weight, energy, sleep, libido, and even sexual confidence.

At Eternal Beauty Med Spa, we offer hormone testing and support for concerns like perimenopause, menopause, postpartum imbalance, adrenal fatigue, weight fluctuations, and sexual wellness. We look at the whole picture — not just labs — and from there, create a personalized plan that may include bioidentical hormone therapy, lifestyle guidance, libido support, and regenerative aesthetics to help women feel balanced, confident, and in control again — inside and out.

There’s so much pressure on women to “do it all” when it comes to beauty, health, and self-care. How do you approach these conversations with clients who might feel overwhelmed?

We take it step by step. Whether they’re coming in with skin concerns, fatigue, or just a general feeling of “not quite right,” we sit down and talk — no pressure, no judgment.

We help them prioritize based on their goals, budget, and lifestyle. Sometimes that means starting with a skincare plan, sometimes with labs, or sometimes with something uplifting like a glow treatment. The goal is to build trust and momentum — one win at a time.

There’s a lot of stigma around aesthetics. What would you say to someone who’s hesitant but curious?

That you’re not alone — and you don’t have to go over the top to get results. Aesthetics is not about becoming someone else. The best work is undetectable; you just look rested, glowy, and confident.

Our job is to support your goals, not impose trends. We enhance what’s already there — and help you feel more connected to the woman in the mirror.

What’s next for Eternal Beauty Med Spa and The Divine Collective?

The vision for The Divine Collective goes far beyond aesthetics. We’re continuing to grow as a women’s wellness sanctuary — offering a holistic experience that blends medical aesthetics, hormone therapy, massage therapy, body sculpting, waxing, and skincare all under one roof.
